Mankind Media is an international media company. We develop branded content, digital campaigns and television formats that connect brands with real audiences.
As an appointment planner, you make the first contact with prospective business clients. You identify their needs and schedule high-quality appointments for our account managers.

What you will do
- You approach prospective business clients by phone and email.
- You hold professional conversations and identify interests and needs.
- You schedule high-quality appointments for our account managers.
- You accurately record contact moments and appointments in our systems.
- You build trust and represent Mankind Media professionally.
- You discuss your results and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
- You take part in two daily team training sessions on conversation techniques, commercial development and results, and put the feedback you receive into practice.

What you bring
- You communicate persuasively and enjoy connecting with new people.
- You have a commercial mindset, focus on results and feel comfortable picking up the phone.
- You work independently while staying in active contact with the team.
- You are open to coaching and put feedback into practice straight away.
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written Dutch.
- Sales experience is welcome, but motivation and a willingness to learn matter just as much to us.
How you work remotely
You work from your own professional space abroad. This gives you freedom while also requiring structure and responsibility. You remain available during the agreed hours and work during Dutch office hours, keeping you closely connected to the team and our clients.
What you need
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
- You are available during Dutch office hours.
- During your first calendar month, we ask you to be fully available for 40 hours per week because of the training.
- You have a quiet, professional workspace.
- You have a reliable computer, good headset and stable internet connection.
- You can work as an independent freelancer and manage your own administration.
- You are available for the daily online training and team sessions.
